Rental Agreement Important Info.

Please ensure you read and understand the below info, kindly note any kind of negligence
your insurance is void.

Take note:

1. 80km/h on gravel road and 120km/h on tarred roads only.
2. 4×4 speed limits :20km/h low, 60km/h high.
3. Disengage 4×4 immediately after use.
4. No driving: Sandwich harbour, along Kunene, from Epupa Falls east on 3700 3701,
   Van Zyl’s Pass up, through steep and salt water, sandstorms, along river beds, off
   road, in the twilight, after sunset, before sunrise, not registered roads.
5. Don’t step on the roof or bonnet, lean against metal parts, exceeding 60km/h in
   towns, leave car unguarded, forget to install gear lock, leave key in ignition, drive
   long distance with 4×4 and hubs engaged.
6. NB: engage 4×4 in time to prevent tyre and clutch burn/damage, have breaks
   cleaned after stuck in the mud.

Other condition:

1. If involved in a single-vehicle accident, or where 3rd party is involved and the
   renter is the guilty party, and a new vehicle is needed, the renter will have to
   rehire a vehicle and no refund will be given on the previous contract. The renter
   will have to complete a new contract and choose and pay new insurance for the
   new vehicle.
2. Not reported damages: All costs arising plus a penalty of N$600 will be charged.
   NO insurance will cover for not reported damages.
3. No driving through water, riverbeds, ant terrain roads with no numbers, no over
   speeding.
4. No under body damage of vehicle is covered in any of the insurance options.
5. Clutch burn is also not covered in any of the insurance options.
6. Insurance is only for the body damage.

Camping items:

• All camping items are not covered by any insurance options, should any damage
  occur either because of an accident, theft or negligence, the renter will be
  responsible for the total amount. The insurance is only for the vehicle body
  damage and not the under carriage.
